Organization Evolution
To help evolve the design org, I played the lead role in driving UX + CX team evolution into a single experience design org. This work aligned with larger group realignments and focused supporting a new way of working, group strategy and journey based teams.

Refine team purpose, focus and increase productivity.
I was able to give clear focus on new efforts and priorities by helping define a future vision for the team. In addition to new priorities, I was able to contrast a new career ladder that gave more growth options outside of leadership roles. In turn, with the focus and clear roles, we saw an increase in integration, quality and pace from the team.
We created a new job ladder that focused on advancement and recognizing individual contributors to help support a combined team and create more career opportunity for the team.
I worked with peers and partners to define how the experience team would be better enabled to meet business needs though process integration and role clarity.
The new team approach and ways or working would enable the team to grow and scale to meet future business and be better equipped to give a horizontal experience vision across the customer's journey.
